Richard has been working in the finance industry since 1993. In February 2000, he started Zenith Finance to make smarter business finance plans accessible and easy-to-understand for small and medium sized Australian companies. Since then, Richard has arranged over 5000 commercial finance transactions. There’s nothing he’d rather be doing than helping Australian business owners get the right financing they need to help grow their business.
When he is not at work he loves spending time with his family, keeping up to date with the stock market and road cycling. Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Economics and is a Justice of the Peace.

Qindi assists Richard in providing the best possible customer experience to Zenith Finance customers. Qindi has over a decade experience in financial services, commencing as a Gradate at a major bank in 2011, and was a Relationship Manager for an overseas financier before joining Zenith Finance.
Qindi’s professional experience enables him to understand both borrower and lender requirements to ensure Zenith Finance customers enjoy a simple and seamless loan process. Qindi has a strong interest in small business, home lending and is passionate in finding a financial solution to complement each borrower’s financial strategy and goals.
Outside work Qindi enjoys reading, exploring the great outdoors, surfing and playing tennis.

Justin is the Financial Planning and Risk Management Director at Zenith Finance, and specializes in Loan, Business & Personal Risk Protection Insurance. During his career, Justin has developed a wide range of experience and knowledge in Loan, Personal and Business Insurance, Wealth Protection, Taxation, Insolvency, Corporate Administration and Business Turnaround Strategies.
He always puts clients first and this has enabled him to establish a broad spectrum of loyal clients and on-going business referrals. Justin is efficient and his commitment to delivering the highest possible level of service attributes to his success. Justin’s specialty is bringing creative solutions to difficult circumstances and situations. His client’s needs always come first and his efficient, personalized service is the foundation of every plan. He combines extensive industry knowledge with strategic corporate alliances to provide clients with confidence and peace of mind.
Prior to starting his own business in 2011, Justin worked as a Senior Financial Advisor with a large financial institution. He has completed a Chartered Accounting qualification, Bachelor of Business and Diploma in Financial Planning.
Justin is passionate about travel and has explored much of South America, East Africa and Europe. He also has broad interests in a range of things including; people, cultures, food, international politics and enjoys a good whiskey.
